I am a newbie to this section of the boards.
I have finally admitted that I ahve depression over the whole TTC thing and my body image.
I have violent mood swings, hate the way i look, am insecure about everything, have no self worth and generally feel so down about TTC it hurts. Had a couple of fleeting suicidal thoughts but nothing i don't work out in my own head.

Just came here to admit I ahve a problem and see if anyone has any advice.

Anna the only thing I can really suggest is seeing your GP, only I know to well how hard it is to open up about how you are feeling as I've been there too many times over the year.

When you say "violent mood swings" in what way? Do you lash out and cause physical harm or just that you look to argue or pick at things that are not really there or even turn a small arguement into something it's not...

I am still dealing with my diagnosis of Bipolar everyday is different but I am slowly learning what makes me worse than ever...

Whatever take care... and talk to people! Find someone you can really confide it.

I don't hit out I just snap at people and find badness in evrything nd everyone wround me.

at least u understand u have a problem and i understand ttc is very depressing although as im 15 i havnt been ttc at all
