Hi Ladies I need some advice Our agency requires we send updated pictures and letters to the agency monthly for the first year so if the birthmother wants them they can send it to her. WEll, I have no idea what to say in these letters so I just write about how he is growing and how I am thankful to her for this gift she gave me. BUT HERE IS THE QUESTION.........
I have no idea how to end the letter should I write

or any other suggestions you have would be appreciated. DH says why not write our names but the birthmother did not want to know our names or anything about us. How would you end this letter?
I would put your names, the agency can write them out if needed.
When my mil was looking for her birthmother and they found her, they wrote letters through the agency, the agency whited out any info they found that the bmom did not want to know.
Otherwise just sign it "Love always" "With Love" or something like that and no names.
