| Not neccessarily...some ladies can do fine on lower doses if they are consistent with xercise and eating well. But some do need a higher dose, so it's a matter of trial and error and it depends on many factors. Quote: |

| No, your hormones are..you just may not be on a high enough dose. It may be too that the met is moving your hormones around so your period is on the horizon and you're having PMS. It was 11+ weeks before I got my first period on met. Quote: |

| You can actually COUNTER_ACT the drug by not eating right..trust me, I know what I speak of. I was on met for over a year and was not having any success hormonally. I decided to get serious about eating to control my insulin and it was like a new drug. So it isn't even really a fair trial of met unless you are seriously eating well. A high fat/carb diet can counter-act the meds and make it harder to succeed...so don't minimise the effect of diet. I can vouch fof how huge it is.
