Hi, Can anyone recommend a female ob-gyn in SF who knows about PCOS? I have Blue Cross and I am having trouble finding "approved" MDs. This isn't for fertility, just need a dr. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you actually in san fran or just in the bay area? I was seeing a wonderful endocrinologist named Charles Bruhn with the San Jose Medical Group. If you are willing to travel a bit he's great. (I know you said female and ob/gyn but in my experience ob/gyns really aren't so good with PCOS... Bruhn is very thorough)

He's an endocrinologist. I bet if you called he would be able to give you the name of someone closer. Good luck!
