Hello, I hope there is someone who will be able to give me an answer. As some of you may know, we have a son who is almost nine months old. Our apartment has not been deleaded. Our landlord has flat out told my husband that she does not want to pay the money to delead the apartment and has been pushing us to move out, and even offering us the money to do it. Is this legal??? Also, how long does someone have to get the place deleaded once someone inspects it and comes out positive.

Wow stubby. I don't believe it's legal to pay someone to move out of an appartment that they are renting to someone. As far as the lead part maybe you go call someone who deals in law, sometimes you can look up the laws on line, google is a great help.
