I strongly believe in the power of prayer, so I come to you to please send some up for us. I lost my job today, due to circumstances that were so silly in nature that if someone had approached me about them previously, I would have easily corrected the issues. But now, I find myself 10 weeks happily pregnant (I believe by the power of prayer), but now without our insurance and only one income. I don't know who would hire me right now and DH's insurance deductible is extremely high, that we would need to pay out of pocket for a long while. And all this right before Christmas. I am seeking the help of a lawyer to see if I might have a case, but chances are slim that I would win anything against a huge hospital. I ask that you think of my family and send some prayers up for us so that the Lord above will help us get through this (and keep us healthy while we are w/o insurance). I also need some prayers for peace so that I don't lose my child.

Things like this seem to always come around the Holidays. Anyhow, even if your deductible is high, you may have no choice. You can always work on monthly payments with that. You may also want to look into state insurance. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Praying that God gives you peace and patience until the reason for this trouble is made clear to you. Also that he gives you health and when the time comes that you have to make decisions (like the legal stuff) that you make the right one with a happy heart. Hang in there girl!!

have you thought of maybe working with a temp agency? At least you would have a second income if nothing else. Good luck with everything. I'll be praying for you!
