I was not diagnosed with PCOS at the time (no symptoms then either), but Suzanne Keets at Kaiser Crescent Center near Northlake Mall is excellent. She's a CNM, but did all of my care during my pregnancy and after. I left Atlanta in '03, but call and see if she is still there.
