I would say that the best thing to do is to just be honest & upfront about having PCOS- which it sounds like you're doing already. If they lose interest because of that, then they weren't really the type of guy you'd want to be involved with anyway, right ?? You want a guy who's going to love you unconditionally and care about you for who your are...not just what you look like.
I can honestly say that from my experience, women with PCOS can be just as ( if not more ) beautiful than women who don't have PCOS. I know that my DW is the most beautiful woman in the world to me, and the physical effect that PCOS has on her definitely does not keep me from finding her attractive or sexy.
So don't give up hope...there is a guy out there who will love you just the way you are, and will think that you are the most beautiful woman in the world. I wish you the best of luck !!!
