 Need NPC Info 4 Dummies
Hello cysters even though I have been a registered cyster for some years I still dont understand the lingo..the reason I think is because I only visited Hair issues forums, but now as years pass I am more curious about information of conceiving. Ok I know what TTC and DPO is but after that I am so lost and confused. Im a lil bit ashamed to confess this but I Dont even know what the luteal phase is.. I need to be more educated with this topic.
Is there any cyster out there that has had success with NPC and who can patiently explain to me when to apply. I have irregular, heavy bleeding menstruation. I would like to begin the process of conceiving perhaps in a couple of months to a year.. I want to get my mind and body right, like i have read to do the body shutdown, (cutting carbs, sugars etc) I want to heal my body from within before I begin that part of my journey..
I have read that if you take it a certain way it inhibits ovulation, but if you take it after ovulation you can get pregant, if wild yams extract is bad, with herbs is bad, if only buy the ones with soy, what.. I just Dont get it and excuse my ignorance in this topic, I have done research but as u can tell I just don't get it.LOL.. So I need Information for Dummies on this one.. Please advise...(should I apply the cream the technique as ppl who are ttc, because eventually that will be the path i will be taking in the near future... or should i supress ovulation so that any cyst I maybe have can disappear by thinking my body is pregnant.. I hope I haven't driving you girls mad..
