Need some help! Concerns school food Right, I go to a sixth form college, and we can either buy what we want at the canteen or go down to the high street for lunch. However, my canteen always serves quite carb-high food; today, for example, on offer was pasta, jacket potatoes, or pastry products. I managed to get a bagel, but that had bacon on and loads of cheese. :S So, I was wondering what other teen PCOSers do when thrying to watch their weight but stick with school food - have you got any suggestions? Which things are the best to look for? Do you think I'd be better off popping down to the shops and finding something there?
