should i take 500 or 1000 of vitex i can tell it is helping but i went through my 2nd round of prometeerium and no AF still and i had my sone nearly 10 months ago. How can i induce AF and would increasing the vitex help and how can i stop milk production i am not breastfeeding and i have hyperrprolactemia as well and the doctors will not give me my dostinex for it this time. HELP!!!

I think the first thing you need to do is read a good herbal book. I highly reccomend Rosemary Gladstar's book. It's listed in the sticky above. Taking Charge of Your Fertility is another excellent book which you should read. As for vitex it works great for some and not so great for others. Increasing the vitex may help but you may need some other herbs in conjuction with it which is why I reccomend the books as they are very detailed.
