Hi all,
Its been so long since I've last checked in, but I'm here now and seeking some advice/support from you all out there. My acne has gotten the best of me and it's so embarrassing going out everyday!!! I have really big greasy pimples and whiteheads, then I pick at them cause they are an eyesoar and they form ugly marks then the next day another pops up and I've still not seen the likes of a menstral yet.....4 1/2 mo. and counting, still havent seen doc yet, working on that though...finally started back working again. so I hope to see doc in a few weeks...gonna finally get that electric razor..cause the stuble is growing back in a day's time...in fact in a few hours time! Feeling kinda blue y'all help! What can I do about the acne? Thx, Lp7

The best thing to try is ZapZyt(sp) and putting that on when you go to bed. The same thing happens to me, when my hormones are really messed up, and this really helps. I know this is really hard to deal with, but it only makes us stronger in the end. lots of hugs~

You need to get yourself some witch hazel it is a natural remedy that really does work!!! Hope you find it helps you!!

try getting a perscription from your doctor for Dalacyn T topical solution; i use it once before i go to bed after washing my face (with neutrogena soap for oily skin); and then apply a thin layer (don't need to use a lot) ; it really works!!!! .. along with something to regulate your hormones; i take Diane 35 and it works well for me; good luck
