I've just made an appointment today with a Dr. J. Thruman (Endo doc.). He's got an office at St. Joseph Hospital medical bldg in St. Charles and Lake St. Louis. My mom's been going to him for awhile and says he's pretty good. He's really busy, so the first available appt. was mid-April. My gyn is Dr. Bucy in Lake St. Louis, but I don't think she really knows what to do about pcos. But she's nice.

I was actually going to post to see if anyone knew of an endo in the area b/c I have a follow up appt. w/ my gyn at the beginning of April and wanted to see the endo before that. I would appreciate any advise!

Good Luck to you!

Can't wait to start WW again and loose the other 15lbs I gained with the last pregnancy and the 30lbs I still needed to lose with the first one.

Hi ladies. I'm currently in St. Louis and I have the most wonderful Ob/Gyn in the world. I recommended her on the other list. Her name is Dr. Angela Cartwright with Genesis OB/GYN. She diagnosed my PCOS and was wonderful the whole time I was TTC. She's very friendly and easy going. I'm moving soon and I'm so sad that I won't get to have her deliver any more of my babies! Genesis has offices in St. Louis (at DePaul Hospital) and St. Peters (at Barnes Jewish St. Peters). I don't have an endo, but I'm sure they would be able to recommend one.

Their website is www.genesisobgyn.com if you're interested.

You can PM me if you have any other questions. HTH!!
