Default Need suggestions!

I am currently on CD1 and taking Vitex religiously, but I want to start soy next cycle and I'm wondering how early I should stop Vitex to switch over to soy? I know I shouldn't take both together and I'm thinking it will take maybe a week to get the Vitex out of my system. I dont' know.....any suggestions?
