Ok ladies, could some of you please give your opinions on this chart. I really cant tell where my O is (if any) My GYN seems to think it was CD16 just by viewing my chart, no other tests done.
If you could give me your opinions that would be great. I did soy 120mg on CD4-8 and I know FF has not given me crosshairs (took them away) but there are many of you who are very knowledgable. Trying to determine what CD's and mg to do next cycle.

I'm sorry, but to me, it really doesn't look like you O'd. I'm no pro though :-)

I agree with Smeets....there is no clear thermal shift. Possibly on CD12 or CD16, if some of those higher temps around there are wrong.....and with the temp drop today, if you get AF soon, maybe.....
But maybe not.

I agree with everyone else. What you can do though is go back to your OBGYN and see if he/she is willing to do a progesterone test. That would confirm it...
