I am in Wisconsin and have contacted Wide Horizons for Children. It's the same agency that Angelina Jolie went through. They are not "based" in Wisconsin, but can assist in many states, including Wisconsin. HTH

Get involved in animal rescue. You won't be sorry. Your heart may break, there may be times when your eyes are red-rimmed for days.
