A never ending rollercoaster....
I've been on a neverending BC rollercoaster since having my son
I had an IUD for over 1 year, it was surgically removed in July. I immediately started Yaz. Of course, the first month they were ineffective since I was on antibiotics some, but we did DTD without additional protection, deciding if it was meant to be...well....Yaz has 3 days of inactive pills. I assumed it would be like other pills and AF would come when I started those, but no AF decided to show until my first day of the second pack (in other words on active pills). It hung around for about a week(last week), during that week I got unbearable nausea at varying times of day. I can't eat past 3pm without being sick now
I am now on week 2 of the second pack. I am still having light bleeding. I am also still sick at least half of the day. I've had a few people suggest I take a pregnancy test, but I really think it's impossible since I did have AF and continue to have light bleeding (no matter if the pills caused it, I did still have a light AF). I considered calling my OBGYN, but I'm pretty sure she's going to suggest giving it another month, but I can't take another month of this nausea. I lost almost 5 lbs last week, due to not being able to eat. I feel totally seasick all the time. Is that normal for a new BCP? Any advice? Should I stick it out or get a different pill now? At this point I'm considering chucking them altogether and letting what may happen, happen.
