Hey Ladies-

So I am new to all this. Was just offically dx with PCOS today. Had my first Met today also. Anyways, I have always had acne and never really thought much of it. When I actually have a period it would always get worse but my face NO matter WHAT i use would clear up! Such a pain. Always felt that you go through that during puberty but not into adulthood. No matter how many times I washed my face, or how much money I spent on cleaners SAME THING. Sometimes it would go away, but never fully! I asked my doc and she pretty much said its related to this! How lovely! But now she said it should start going away. What a relief!! I want to see my face again!! Plus its very embarassing! I actually had a COWORKER ask me the other day why my face was breaking out so bad, I told him stress!! LOL. Anyways! So glad I can talk about this kinda stuff! Im in love lol

Oh lordy I have had so many people ask me if I have considered treatment for rosacea or had seen a doctor about my face or all about how I should by whatever skin care product they sell through their "multi-level marketing" scheme... argh. I love your response to the nosy coworker, though! Hehe

I'm in the same boat. I thought that since I'm in my 30s, now I shouldn't have zits anymore! Ugh!

I've had days where I actually didn't want to go to work because my face broke out so bad!

Its really embarassing. Now I'm pretty clear, but have seborrhea around my nose and forehead. Ugh! Will the skin problems never end?
