 NEVER use BCPs again!!!!! Odd scheduling with NOVA works for me
Hey guys!
Just thought I would let you know my experiences. I had the facial hair and dreadful pain from my ovaries. I have been on ALL of the BCPs....Now my doctor and I have me use the NOVA ring.... with one exception. I use one a month for three months straight and one period every three months... instead of the normal one a month and one period a month.
It has kept my levels more level. I still have a peach fuzz on my face a belly but nothing like before!!!!! I have even stopped taking my spiro.
