Hiya, I'm new to this board but have been dealing (known about) pcos for a about 8 years. We have a wonderful 2 year old that we got after 6 years ttc -- follistim (sp?) and iui for 4 cycles (and 2 mc) is what worked for me. Since my little sweet pea came along I've really not kept up with a good pcos diet/exercise and my waist and my temperment show the change. My dh has been hinting that I really need to find the motivation to do this for myself. He is of course right but I'm having a hard time. I am currently a stay-at-home-mom but have been seeking work as we need the additional income. Since jobs that pay well enough to justify daycare and gas are few and far between my search is not getting far. And I am getting more and more depressed. I know that some of this is pcos related and I need to "get-off" the sugar but I can't seem to stick too it for more then a day or so. I'm hoping that you all can lend me a little motivation.
Hi there!! Here's an article that I always read to motivate myself to remain committed to my body. I hope it inspires you the way it has inspired me.
