Hello, I am new to posting but have been lurking around this board for awhile. I am just starting the herbal journey of TTC. I have 1 dd which I conceived with injections 6 yrs ago. I am currently on vitex, b complex and saw palmetto. I have yet to have AF and was thinking of using progestrone cream to get that started, but was wondering if it would interfere with what the vitex is trying to do. I should also mention, I started my herbs on 10/1/02. I know it takes awhile to get into your system that why I was waiting before using the cream. I have not started temping yet as I was waiting for AF to show. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Personally i'd start temping anyway. You never know you may 'o' before you get af at least this way you'll know for sure and it may give you a better idea of what is going on.

When was your last af? If it was more than 90 days ago, definitely use the prog (as you probably know, it's not healthy to go over three months without af). If 60 or under, maybe give the Vitex another couple weeks.

Whatever you pursue, I'd definitley recommend temping. Fertility Friend, www.fertilityfriend.com, has a great online, free service.

Thanks for the replies. I will start temping in the am. Date of last cycle was 09/19/02 on bcp. I will keeping taking the vitex and see where it leads me. Thanks again.
