Hi all,

Just wanted to say hi.
I'm 23 (give or take a few weeks) and I was diagnosed a few years ago.
At the time I was suffering badly with some other things (bipolar effective disorder, OCD.. things like that and the meds that went along with those) and just wasn't in a position where I was equiped to deal with anything so I basically ignored it.
I'm on the pill to regulate my cycle and as birth control also.
Since then though I've met a wonderful man who I've been with for over three years and we're talking about marriage and kids.
I'm just taking a look around and trying to find some ways that I can change my diet and any herbal suppliments that I can start to take to see if that helps us when we're trying to conceive before we move on to anything a little stronger.
So if anyone has any recipe suggestions (I'm a fairly ambitious cook...) or any other tips that could help I would be so grateful..
