Default New to Actos!

Hello ladies! I am new to taking Actos. I was wondering for those that are taking it and took Met before, do you like it better?

With my body, Actos "aided" in the weight gain. I was on both Actos & Met. My endocrinologist felt very strongly about Actos and the benefits long term w/ it. I would just be very cognicent (sorry about spelling...not a speller!) of your eating/exercise and weight (if that is a concern). I sure didn't have the gastro side effects that I have w/ Met. Hopefully you see the results you wish for!

Thank you for your input. I have been excersing and walking more. Plus I do not eat much red meat or carbs so I hope that I do not gain any weight. I would have to say I feel better on the Actos then I did on the met and I do not have the gastro side effects neither which I love cause I can function better during the day now.
