Hi all, I've been lurking for a while so just thought I'd introduce myself, my name's Carol and I've had PCOS for many years and have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis as well. I've finally found an endo who has put me onto met and this has helped with some of the symptoms..
The Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide are having regular info sessions about PCOS and I have registered for the next one on Wednesday the 13th of April - I'd just like to know if anyone is going or has already been to one? Apparently "due to an overwhelming response" they have had to move to a bigger venue - there must be a lot of us cysters out there!

Just thought I'd say Hi as another Adelaide cyster... how was the session at the WCH? I've never been to one although I've seen them advertised - I thought they might be a fairly basic introduction to pcos, so not really worth it if you know a fair bit already. I'd be interested to know if they're worthwhile!
