Well, it has been a while since I have been online with the message boards. We tried to get pregnant for a while and decided not to go through fertility treatment. We are in the process of attempting to adopt a little girl! Of coarse, we are not sure that we will be the couple that they choose, but we are trying. She is hearing impaired and we both speak sign language and have a few hearing impaired friends. This whole process takes a LOT! But we finish all of our classes tonight and we are very excited!

Wow...good luck!! I have often though of adopting a hearing impared child. I took speak sign language. Even though I have a biological son we are looking into adopting in the future.
