New to board

Hi ! I am new to the board, so I thought that I would introduce myself. I was diagnosed in 2002 during my freshman year of college. Since then I have only taken BC. I really didn't do much research becuase I was always so confused because every thing told me to loose weight. I am 5'7 and 125 (although I have gained 10lbs this year because it has been my first year of marriage). I take a small dosage of spiro for a bit of excess hair. My acne began 2 yrs ago, but I am able to keep it under control by limiting my caffinne intake. One symptom that I do have that scares me is my hair. I shed like crazy!! (Does anyone else have this?)
I am so glad that I found the thin cysters. It is extreamly encouraging to know that there are other women like me. I look forward to getting to know every one on the board and possibly be of some help.

I am new here also---I just joined about 15 minutes ago! I am thin as well, and I shed like crazy! It has always freaked me out. I have really thick red hair. I don't really know what to do either because all the literature says that losing weight will help, but I don't need to lose weight! So I know exactly what you are going through.

I am new to the board. First of all, I have to say this is a great site! I am confused about where to start. I am 27 and was diagnosed in 2000. I feel I am lucky to have found this forum and am excited to be part of it.
