New to board Just here to say
New to the board but not PCOS. I got mine under control long enough to become pregnant (identical twin girls!) 2 years ago but since then I stopped taking my Met. and am heavier then I've ever been
I know my hormones are all wacked out again (I had crazy high testosterone and DHEA-S levels when first diagnosed), the hair growth is increasing, and my blood sugars are creeping up. I'm afraid that if I went to the doctor I'd walk out with a Type-2 diabetes diagnosis, and I don't want to go there. So something has GOT to change - I've spent some time on the site and found great info on herbs, diets, and exercise - so I just wanted to hop in here and say, "Hello!"
That and I didn't want my very first post as a new member being in the "Sex" forum - as I was just about to reply to a thread there

Yes, I have a plan, and no I'm not going back on Met unless my "plan" doesn't work.
