New to the board

Hello, my name is Chelsea I am 24 and from AZ. I am very excited to be a part of this message board. After looking around I knew I wanted to be a member.

I have one son Austin and he will be three in December. PCOS was mentioned when I was trying to conceive him but I ended up getting pregnant and nothing ever done after. In june of 07 we started to try for number two and no luck. I just sarting seeing a new dr and was diagnosed with PCOS. I was put on metformin because my resting insulin levels were very high. He also wanted me on get on bc pills while we try to get my insulin level down. Well after about 10 months my levels were still on the high side but in normal levels and I had lost about 20 pounds so we are now on our first month of activly ttc. This has been the longest month ever waiting to see if I am pregnant or if atleast my cycle wil be normal.

That is my story and I hope to get to know some of the other members. I know support from oher women that are going through the same thing is the best support to have.
