New to this board, question about herbs for infertility

I am looking at alternative medications for my infertility problems. After 8 years of ttc with no luck last year we did gonal f injections with an hcg trigger and IUI and I got pg with triplets. I delivered the boys at 24 weeks but they were too premature and each one of them died. We have grieved alot but are now talking about ttc again. We do not want to do the fertility medications again but are interested in herbal alternatives.

My problem is I do not ovulate and I have low progesterone levels. What have some of you found to be helpful with these problems?

I haven't tried it myself, but I've read here that some cysters have had success with Accupuncture. Do you have an accupuncturist near you? That might be a good place to start.
I've started seeing a Naturopath and find that it is a much better experience than what I've had with western medicine. The naturopath is treating all of me, not just the symptoms.

If you can, the best place to start is with a licenced naturopath. It always helps to have someone with experience in the filed diagnosing and guiding you.

Do a search here for your symptoms and read up on what others have been taking and what has and has not worked for them. Then talk to your naturopath about what you've found.
