new to the board, quick question

I have had PCOS since 1997, as far as I can guess but was just diagnosed formally last week. I am in alot of discomfort and my GYN has put me on pain meds. I started with Provera on Friday but had a "pins and needles" feeling the the ovary/uterus area. Anyone else have this? Needless to say they took me off the Provera. Thanks for your help
