i bought this book this afternoon and read a HUGE chunk of it today. I really liked it and the way it broke everything down. I especially like the breakdown of how to have a better diet in 10 steps. im starting step 1 tomorrow!

I love this book...I'm currently reading a copy from the library, but am seriously considering buying my own copy to keep for future use. I'd like to be able to highlight info for later (like pregnancy, ttc, etc, since we're not to that point yet Highly recommended!
