Default new but trying - please read

hello, im totally new to this site but not new to pcos.

im 23 and doctor referred me to endocrinologist at 20 mainly because of my excess facial hair, and my god, it was ALOT... i was put on the pill and cyproterone but recently (10 months ago) i came off the pill with the endo's go ahead, and i have been increasingly trying to take more supplements, eating fresh vegetables, fruits (but not many) and drinking plenty of water.

What i found was, so far the best combination for me is:

vitamin and mineral tablet
sulphur (for skin)
vitamin E (400 iu)
2 capsules of omega 3,6,9 oil

However my question is that whenever i try to add something else to this conconction such as magnesium 200mg or chromium picolinate 200mg (but not at the same time) i get massive headaches and whooziness which im told is a sign of too much load on the body.

How do i resolve this? i would love to get my hirsutism to reduce which after that time on pills seems not to have changed much at all!!!

thankfully i have been having a laser on my face done and apart from going back once every 6 weeks i dont even have to bother about my face, but its just the body, the thought of all that waxing is making me wary, especially since im about to get married soon. What do u suggest?

the good thing about moderately low carbing, exercising, drinking water, and taking supplements is that my weight is at the lowest its been for years! (120 lbs) That has helped to regulate my periods, but im still not sure they are regular, they seem to change with the month.

can anyone offer any advice? im really baffled about the headaches, but perhaps i just need to eat more magnesium and chromium rich foods....

sorry i can't help with the particulars regarding the vitamin supplements and the effects on your body, as i don't take any herbs or vitamins other than sanatogen prenatal vitamins.

have you considered talking to an herbalists or someone qualified to recommend which herbs and dosages? it may be a good idea to do this before it causes anymore negative effects.

i can relate to the hair thing, as i too have this problem. despite being on metformin and having tried spirolactone when i wasn't ttc i have never notice a change in the growth amount or pattern. it's great to hear you're getting laser done and it's made a difference.

i'm of south asian descent and the hair thing is something that i've inherited aswell as pcos, i think. i was always consious of it and got married at age 23, but i just do what i can and i think my husband has just become used to it. after all, you are doing all you can to get it under control. men who really care about you will realize that on some level it is just part of who you are. i recall when i was first diagnosed with pcos my doc told my hubby the hair growth was related to this condition, but that despite this he still had a very attractive wife...hubby smiled. i was surprised to hear it from a doc, but it was nice my hubby heard from a professional that this is a symptom of a syndrome that i have.

does your fiance know you have pcos? as this may help you explain things to him down the line.

sorry this is sooo long. i hope it helped in someway.
