Does anyone have any pros and/or cons on this vitamin? My girl asked me about it today and I told her I would ask you ladies because there's no better place to get consumer reviews! Let me hear from you!

I started to take it a few months back, but stopped when I had the surgery. I just restarted taking it this week. I have not noticed any side effects - as long as I eat before I take it. My Dr said it was a good one, but of course encourages me to eat healthy. I do not feel as fatigued in the afternoon, but will have to keep you posted as time goes by.

One a Day Womans, makes me feel really Nauseas (sp) Ill be fine for the first couple days and then it kicks in.

Otherwise, well be moving to IVF for the following cycle!


Currently on 1500mg of Metformin, prenatal and ferraous sulfate.

I don't really like it...I didn't feel any better and I don't know just didn't like it, sorry I know that is not educated haha.
