Default new and confused

Hello, I'm new to this and have not been diagnosed with PCOS. I just turned 33 and was recently married. I went off the pill in October(was on for 13 years) and have yet to see AF. I have also put on about 15 pounds since stopping the yasmin(with no changes in diet/exercise). I have been very tired, moody, and just overall lethargic. I made an appointment with my family doctor to see if there is anything I should be concerned about. I asked to have my hormone levels checked since we want to have kids(soon). Well ,I went in to get my results and she(the physician assistant) told me everything looks pretty normal other than an elevated prolactin level. I asked for a copy of the blood work and a few things alarmed me. Here is what they were:
FSH 1.8, LH 6.9, PROLACTIN 38, FREE TESTOSTERONE 3.9, CORTISOL 20.8.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to seem like a hypochondriac, but I know my body and I don't feel normal. I'm already 33 and don't want to deal with years of problems. Thanks for listening.
