Hello,
My name is Kyla, I'm 25 and was only diagnosed last year. Since then my doc moved away, then I did and finally after 6 months found a new doc, then I moved back and have no doc once again. I've tried 2 types of birth control for treatment (diane 35 and yasmin) only to suffer from migraines because of them and have to quit. I'm currently on NO medication and I'm miserable. I get BV all the freakin time and have no doc to prescribe anything, I have major mood swings, can't hold a job, I'm basically barely hanging onto my one last shred of sanity.
My questions are:
does anyone know of anything natural I can take for BV and for PCOS ?
does anyone know of any doc's taking patients in the Kentville-Greenwood area's of NS, Can? (I know that ones a long shot)
if anyone has any helpful info I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm lost and miserable. I'm very excited to have found this site however, and I'm hoping it will help me and I can in turn help someone else.
Thanks

Welcome! Finding the right doctor to help you is key! I've gone through a couple and now I love the doctors that I am working with. I got started on metformin. Find a doctor soon! Good luck!

Welcome, Kyla, from a fellow Canuck! Check the Alternative treatment board and the Find a Doctor board. You may want to look at the Diet and Exercise board, too, as food and exercise play a huge role in treating this beast. (HUG)

Hi and welcome! I'm a newbie myself. My daughter has had the same doctor since she was born, but in looking for an endo I went to our insurance agency. I got a list of doctors from there and am in the process of finding one that specializes in PCOS. There has to be one out there SOMEWHERE!! Your insurance agency should provide you with some guidance.
Good luck!!
