I was browsing through GNC today and came across a product called Relacore. The man said it was new on the market and that most people feel better in a few days and see weight loss in around two weeks...Has anyone heard of this or tried it? I am very interested in taking it and hope someone can help out there. The box reads: Formulated to help: reduce stress, reduce mild anxiety, reduce subclinical depression, fight mid-day fatigue, increase energy and helps prevent stress related abdominal obesity (cortisol related). Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated....thanks!!!! Bibi

I don't know anything about it- I have never heard of it.
Whatever you decide to take, OTC or herbals, etc.- you should always do under the advice of a physician. you never know what will react with what.

Oh yes, I definitely will...it just had me intrigued since I was on paxil before and went through the withdrawals. I am just hoping, I guess, to find a "natural" way to relieve stress/anxiety/depression....the neverending search...thanks for your reply =) Bibi

As soon as I get it cleared and get the OK I am going to try it...so I will definitely keep you all posted. And BabyJade, keep us posted on the Lexapro...that sounds promising!! No sexual side effects....YEAH!!!!!!!!! Bibi
