Hi, everyone!! I've been lurking for a few days so I decided to introduce myself. My name is Christa, I'm 19. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17. I wasn't taking medication until a month ago, and I was put on 2000mg of Metformin a day. My symptoms are being overweight, hair loss, hair every where there shouldn't be, severe acne, and irregular periods(chronic bleeding). But after reading around here, I found that I have other issues that may be connected to PCOS. I've found this site quite useful so far, and I'm excited to finally have people to talk to who know what I am going through.
