I'm Katie, 21, and I live in the UK. I recently started up my own forum/message board (
http://foostarselcta.proboards85.com/index.cgi ) for women with PCOS (although anyone can join, I wanted a nice general chatty feel to it).
It's taken off really well, overnight I've had 16 people join up and over 100 posts made. I'd like to invite everyone here to join if they wish (you can be any age, from anywhere - everyone's welcome). You don't have to have PCOS to join, although there is a definate overall PCOS aspect to it. There is plenty of general chat, jokes, discussion and also private chat for those who want to say something but are a bit nervous. There are boards for PCOS and other women's problems, and also for general health and also a section for beauty tips. So far, it's looking really friendly and happy, and I want to keep it that way
I wanted somewhere people could let off steam, maybe rant, maybe laugh... and not focus on the PCOS aspect as much as they might, as it can get depressing.
