New Girl! Hi!
I'm Jenn, and I was just diagnosed with PCOS two weeks ago, after about six months of suspecting I had it.
Prior to my diagnosis, I was perscribed Prometrium, which did nothing, then Metformin and Progesterone, which I have been taking for two weeks.
This morning, I woke up with really awful cramps, but a while later, I was pleased to see I had gotten my period after not having one for just about two years. It remained strong for much of the day, then stopped suddenly.
I don't think I've been so disappointed to have my period stop. I think I'll just wait and see if it starts up again. It has been a while, and I'm sure my body is like, "What is going on?!"
I suppose we shall see!
