It has certainly not been easy controlling symptoms by diet and exercise, but I felt I had no other choice.
My Doctor only diagnosed me and didn't offer any other treatments to me other than going on the pill. It is now 8 years later and still nothing!!! I now have absolutely no faith in doctors as I have changed three times and still nothing. I became a Reiki healer and now if I am ever ill (which is rare) I treat myself.
I would only ever visit a Doctor now as an absolute last resort, or if i needed a sick note for any reason.
I'm glad that people in this group have had more positive experiences with them.
