New to Herbal Therapy

I am new to this herbal remedy stuff and just wanted some thoughts & advice. I'm am currently on Injectibles (Repronex). And went to an herbalist and asked for their opinion on what to take. She told me Vitamin E w/ Selenium & Pure-gesterone (which is a progesterone cream). I've also started taking baby aspirin & robi. But I'm concerned that I'm doing the wrong things. I hear everyone talk about Vitex and I just don't know what to do. I am ovulating healthy follies however have had a thin uterine lining and have still not conceived. My DH is just fine - other than maybe be a little low - 40-50mil. Any recommendations?

First off, take a deep breath. Alternative medicine can be overwhelming.

If you do a search for Vitex, you will find lots of information about it. It doesn't work for everyone. In fact, it made me worse. I am ovulating regularly now without it (see my sig line). Do research, and let your body guide you. Alternative remedies aren't so much for the symptoms as they are for the underlying cause of the problem.
