Hi! While I'm new to SC, I've been Diagnosed with PCOS since summer, 2000, when I was TTC my second child. We found out in December of that year that we were finally expecting. When she was 2, we were surprised with another pregnancy, and are now the happy parents of 3 great kids! Since the birth of our son, my symptoms have gotten worse. He's 2, and I've had a whopping 3 periods, the last of which was 19 months ago, since his birth. Right now, I'm waiting on an insurance referral so I can go to a GYN and possibly endo to get things straightened out.
I'm looking forward to talking to other women who can relate to the PCO.

Welcome to SC!
I continue to be amazed at how PCOS affects us all so differently!
I have found that things are better for me since my pregnancies. I have often said to my DH that it is so ironic that for the 14 years that we were TTC I could count on my fingers the times I ovulated....and since the birth of my last daughter{15 months ago} I have O'd every month!!!...and painfully!
ARRGH!! It is so frustrating!!
OOPS! sorry for that mini rant!! LOL!!
I wish you the best of luck in figuring all of this out!
I would love to welcome you in here and let you know that we are all affected differntly.
This is a place for us to learn and grow in the knowledge of PCOS.
I hope that you can benefit from here and maybe help someone too!
Welcome!
Erika Leigh
