Hi everyone. I'm Sara, 18 (almost 19!), and a sophomore in college. I found this site while doing a school project on web-based communities, and I was intrigued, I think its just what I need. I was diagnosed in September/October, but still have many questions. My doctor has not really been very supportive, and I am quite unhappy with my current BCP, so I am moving my care to another doctor. That appointment, unfortunatly, isn't until Feb. I am kind of confused about my diagnosis honestly, it was a huge surprise. My parents/friends don't seem to think its a big deal, and kind of blow it off, but I just feel unsettled and uneasy about it. I am hoping to find some support/answers here, especially about symptoms! Thanks everyone, and I am excited to get to know you all!
welcome to sc i personally had to change dr to get some help, too. Have you had a chance to look at the newbie section yet? Theres loads of good info there
