Hi everyone I have just been Diagnosed although i kind of suspected this was coming for a long time. I have not ever had a regular period, I always have about 4-5 months in between. I do not really have many other symptoms, I am thin, although I have always had insane carb/sugar cravings and a crazy high sex drive.
Im finding all of this a bit hard. My whole life I have only wanted to have children, and never once realised that it may not be as straight forward as "normal". Hubby doesnt really seem to know what to do/care/take this serioiusly. I guess because we did not plan on having children for another few years (I am only 21).
I also have the dark patches on my upper inner thighs which I read somewhere are some how related? Strange. Anyway I look forward to getting better aquainted with some of you.
Hello and Welcome to SC!! I know when I was dx I was so upset because like you my whole life I have wanted children and I always thought it would come easy. At first my husband was the same way, not taking it to seriously, because he didn't fully understand. Now, he is my best supporter and he really reads up on it with me. We have been trying to conceive for a while now and are hoping to be blessed soon. I don't have the dark patches, but I do believe I read somewhere they are a symptom. Anywho, just wanted to welcome you and say HELLO
