I was relieved to here about a thin cysters area. I am thin as well and show no signs of PCOS excpet lack of ovulation. I started my period when I was 17 (probably because of PCOS) and then went on the pill at 20 so really never noticed anything. When I went off the pill last year, never got AF again -- acne then started a little bit.

I have done two rounds of clomid which failed to cause ovulation. One round of HCG shot with Gonal which caused ovulation but not pregnancy.

Is anyone welcome here or just the names at the top of the previous page?

I am like you. I am thin, no real symptoms other than polycycstic ovaries and lack of a period. I have very mild acne also. I have done three clomid cycles/ with gonal-f and one gonal-f cycle alone. I ovulated every time but never got pregnant. I'm moving onto IVF because the chances are much better for the $$$. I am still optimistic and have found a lot of support with my local RESOLVE group. I continue to be frustrated because there is little information for thin cysters who are not insulin resistant. I tried metformin and it did nothing except make me ill. Good luck!
