Check out the mommy board - plenty of us DO get pregnant, with help. It just takes a little longer. My body is so screwed up with PCOS I thought I'd never have a baby; now I'm the proud mama of 21 month old twins. Don't give up before you try! Now go give your fiance a hug and tell him you've researched it further and actually, there are some good treatments that could very well mean a successful pregnancy for you guys!
