I was just diagonised last week. My gluocose was 104, so my gyn sent me to my PC. I went today and now she wants me to take a 2 hour gluscose test and some more blood work. She is already talking that i have type 2 daibetes. Ugghhh....i'm so freaked out.

So has anyone's sugar level been high due to PCOS? I'm only 27 and really don't want to be diagonised with diabetes. Is there a possiblity that my sugar is jacked up because of this? Once PCOS is under control will my suagr be under control?

my sugar level was high when i first found out i had pcos, i then lost over forty pounds and my sugar level went down 15 points now i gained backed alot of the weight that i lost so my sugar level is borderline of me becoming diabetic there is a great diet that i was thinnking of starting- a low GI diet alot of cysters are losing weight with it hope this helps you out good luck with everything!
