Hi everyone!! My name is Amee and I have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2002....I had a daughter in August of 2007, and my PCOS symptoms have been AWFUL since then.

I started with a new Dr. this past month, and I am restarting Metformin now, and while I have been on Yaz since my daughter was born and have had a very hard time with it. So my gyn is switching me to Ortho tri cyclen lo...I start that after I finish the current package of Yaz (next week).

I have just ordered the IR diet book, and I am looking forward to getting rid of this extra weight again!! And I am hoping to find some good advice on here!!

lovely to meet you, welcome to sc i find that with met as long as i avoid greasy/fatty/sugar foods as much as poss and always eat with the met i am ok with it.
