Default New here...please help me!!

I am new to these boards and I was hoping someone here could help me. I was diagnosed with PCOS in April 2006 and given Clomid to take. I gave birth to DD in May 2008 (almost 11 months ago). My first AF after elivery returned when she was almost 6 weeks old. They were very regular and about 30 or 31 days long. Here recently (since January) they have gotten alot longer. I had a period Jan.24 and that one was 37 days long with ovulation occuring on cd18...then my period came on March 2 and I am not even sure if I have ovulated or not yet...I was using OPKs but when cd19 came and went with still no O I gave up. Well today I am on cd38. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative.

I have made an appt with my doctor but its not until next Thursday April 16. I think even if my period shows before then I am still going to go so I can figure out what is going on. But my question is....my periods were regular up until January...is it possible that the PCOS is starting back up and I may have to get back on the Clomid. Sorry if this is long and confusing!!

Hi, Hope you are well, sorry you are stressed. I think having a baby can make our cycles haywire, we are all different so I think you are right to go to doctor regardless just to find out what is going on. Just wondering if you have been to an endocrinologist? Might be a better option as they seem to know more when it comes to hormones etc.
Just wanted to say good luck with it all.

no I have never been to an endocrinologist. It would probably be a better option though. I was just going to go to my family doc next week but I may call tomorrow and make an appt with the endo. I just really think I am going to have to get back on Clomid to regulate my cycles.
