hi..i've had pcos for a while but symptons seem to getting worse..wasn't sure if this is normal or maybe something else? does anyone else feel very spacey, dizzy and like they aren't there?
you should have your sugar checked. if you are IR - as many of us are, high or low sugar can cause confusion. it might be worth a call to an endo.

Definitely talk to your dr. about blood work. PCOS has many, many side effects, and no woman is ever alike. The best thing you can do for yourself is see a dr. and start working on a plan tailored to YOUR needs. Believe me: it's worth it!

I know that I feel that way sometimes. I am insulin resistant, and I think it has something to do with my blood sugar. I can tell you that when I was on Met it was a hundred times worse! I never felt like I was really "here" if that makes sense.
I am insluin resistance and I get like this too when my sugar levels get too low. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to faint and things get really blurry-- sometimes it seems like I'm looking at everything in the room through a foggy window. And I have to agree with Ms. Kensington-- when I take Met, it is SO much worse and it would hit me around the same time of the day-- like around 1:30 or 2 in the afternoon, even if I had just eaten lunch. Everything just felt wacked. It's weird and my boss is always like "oh, we are keeping Heather awake!" because he can see it in my eyes. It's kind of a scary feeling. I was going to talk to my doctor about it whenever I go back, but I don't know when that will be.
